Mr. Moss informed the Committee that the contract with the surveyor had been signed and that a copy of the executed copy would be available to Committee members.  He stated that the start date for the survey is November 15th with a 56 day completion period.   It was stated that Craig Parker, Mrs. Budzik and Mr. Moss had spent a considerable amount of time negotiating the KBA contract together with the Town Attorney. Draft copies were distributed for Committee members to review.

Mr. Moss stated that Whitney Talcott from KBA had composed a list of Civil Engineering firms for Committee input and review.  It was stated that KBA pays for the Civil Engineering firm out of their 6.75% allotted funds in the contract.  David King stated that one of the early tasks of the Civil Engineer would to be to identify the ideal spot for the septic, confirming the location of the school.  Committee members discussed the importance of determining the school sight in order to maximize state reimbursement.
