Special Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Todd Moss at 6:12 p.m. at the River House.

Executive Session

Motion by Mary Beth Mordecai to enter into Executive Session @ 6:13 p.m. for purposes of discussing financial and budget issues. Seconded by Dana Barnes and unanimously passed.

Motion by John Gibson to come out of executive session @ 9:15 p.m. seconded by Mrs. Mordecai and unanimously passed.

No motions of decisions were made in executive session.

Motion by Mr. Barnes to send resolution forward to the Board of Selectman , that the School Building Committee recommends the project at the cost of $24,848,200, seconded by Craig Parker and unanimously passed.

David Lafemina questioned issues with respect to open spaced inquiring if the owners of the parcels had the option to donate the property not needed for the school to open space. Mr. Gibson responded affirmatively.

Motion by Denise Gable to adjourn @ 9:23 p.m., seconded by Mr. Parker and unanimously passed.
