Physical Additions to Existing
Permanent
physical additions to be placed anywhere on the grounds of existing school
district properties that are commemorative in significance including, but not
limited to signs, plaques, permanent public seating, and any other permanent
physical additions to said properties, must be formally proposed to the Long
Range Planning Subcommittee of the Board of Education.
Pending
recommendation by the Long Range Planning subcommittee, a proposal must then be
brought to the full Board at a regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting
and must be approved by the Board before any installation of the addition(s)
may occur. The Board has the right to remove any permanent physical addition to
school district property that is installed without prior Board approval.
